The Origin Story

We're a family from the U.S. who fell in love with the Dominican Republic — its people, its culture, and its extraordinary coffee. On our first family journey to the island, we discovered something we couldn't leave behind: locally grown coffee unlike anything we'd ever tasted. Rich, smooth, and deeply rooted in Dominican tradition, it became the highlight of every morning and the perfect companion to every dessert.

The Mission

That experience — and the family ties that brought us there — sparked a mission: to bring the exceptional coffee of the Dominican Republic to those who know it best, and those who have yet to discover it. We searched local markets in Dominican communities across the U.S., determined to share what we had found. Café República Dominicana was born from that search — a bridge between the island and your cup, built on love, family, and respect for Dominican culture.

The Craft

We source single-origin Dominican Arabica beans from mountain regions across the island and roast each coffee to honor its processing method — Natural, Honey, or Washed — unlocking the distinct flavors each process was crafted to express. Our Sabor Completo blend brings together select beans from across the island into one signature cup.
